DJI Enterprise Care additional insurance for your Zenmuse P1

- Extension of an existing supplementary insurance from the manufacturer for the corresponding DJI Enterprise product with a term of 12 months after expiry of the previous term
- You will receive a replacement device for a fee during the defined warranty period

- DJI fees for claim 1 - 430 EUR, claim 2 - 480 EUR (including delivery and transport costs from DJI to you)
Activate the service within 48 hours together with a new device and you will be able to purchase up to two replacement devices at favorable conditions (manufacturer's delivery and shipping costs) during the insurance period. The resulting contractual relationship is between you as the customer and the provider of the service, DJI Enterprise. Please note that some Enterprise products already include DJI Enterprise Care packages as a standard service from the manufacturer. The corresponding insurance cover can be extended by a further 12 months with a separately available Renew package. In addition, the official warranty period of the product is also extended by 12 months. The number of replacement devices is then reduced to a maximum of one replacement device during the term.

If your drone or camera meets the following condition, you can activate DJI Care Enterprise Renew: Still active, identical package that can therefore be renewed before the end of the contract period.
scope of services
For DJI Care Enterprise Basic, a maximum of two replacement devices are provided per year. For DJI Care Enterprise Plus contract partners, an unlimited number of replacement devices are provided for one year within the guaranteed coverage amount. For DJI Care Enterprise Basic, a separate fee is payable for up to two replacements, while for DJI Care Enterprise Plus, replacements are provided free of charge. Free delivery is included in the DJI Care Enterprise Basic package price. Owners of DJI Enterprise Plus will receive overnight delivery of a replacement device whenever possible.
Not included in the scope of services
The processing fees shown include postage and shipping costs from the manufacturer. They do not include any taxes or customs processing costs. These must be borne by you as the contracting party.
